Płock is an interesting historical city located in the Masovian region. It is located on the steep, high bank of the Vistula, in the Płock Basin, between Warsaw and Włocławek. Płock is one of the oldest cities in Poland, and many monuments preserved here are a testimony of its thousand-year history.

Tourists deserve the attention of the local architecture. The city's attractiveness is largely influenced by the high Vistula bank, which is a huge natural asset of the city. While staying in Płock, every tourist should direct to the Old Market Square, which adorns the beautiful town hall, made in the classical style. In the old town, there is also the cathedral in Mariawa, whose walls were erected before the First World War.

When visiting this place, it is also worth visiting the Diocesan Museum, the Museum of the Małachivka, the Mazovian Museum, the Museum of St. Faustyna, as well as the Museum of Mazovian Jews.
