The palace and park complex in Runów Krajeńskie is one of the most beautiful monuments of the romantic Renaissance architecture. The artfully restored and luxuriously equipped palace and conference center, together with the picturesque 18 ha park and lake perfectly reflect the atmosphere of the palace's atmosphere from past centuries. The tree park is well preserved. A number of interesting and valuable species of trees grow near the ruins of the palace. Park trees are grouped in loose clusters of a landscape nature and in alleys. The oldest trees with outstanding monumental value include two pedunculate oaks growing on the western border of the park, the black-necked maple - the only specimen in Poland and a beautiful specimen of the plane tree growing in a group of trees on the lawn, behind the northern façade of the palace.
