The historic building has undergone a thorough renovation, so as to preserve its form characteristic of the mountain buildings, and at the same time to provide our guests with the highest possible comfort of rest. After the renovation, the building was put into operation

The name of the Villa, identical to the name of the historic Villa standing next to it, is not accidental, because before the World War II, the "Sonnenrose" guesthouse was located in the Villa building. however, it was built in a similar style (stone foundation, steep roof).

On the property there is a fenced garden with benches, a playground and a place for a bonfire or barbecue. Our guests have access to monitored, free parking.

We offer you a comfortable stay in double and triple rooms, with a higher standard, along with full board. We also organize small events and group meetings.

Our Villa is close to both tourist routes and to the ski slopes or the city center, which is just 4 minutes away. Right next to it, a picturesque trail to the Kamieńczyk waterfall starts its course, and further to Szrenica and Łabski Szczyt.

The interiors of Villa 2, like Villa 1, are kept in a classic, elegant style. Guests can use the neighboring Wilia - a dining room, sauna, ski and children's parlor. For the sake of our youngest guests, we offer you travel cots and high chairs for feeding.

We have discounts for local restaurants, winter equipment and ski passes. As part of the cooperation, our travel agency offers our guests attractive discounts on all-day trips to Dresden, the Rock Town in the Czech Republic or Prague.
