The villa is a multi-storey building built in a style characteristic of the towns located in the mountains (the location on the slope, steep roofs).

On the property there is a fenced garden with benches, a playground for children, a place for bonfire or barbecue. For your convenience and safety, we have prepared a monitored, free parking lot.

As part of our offer, we offer you a comfortable, cozy 2-, 3- and 4-person rooms, with full board. We also organize special events or other group meetings.

The distance of trails and ski slopes from our facility is very close, the city center is just 4 minutes away. Above our facility begins a beautiful route to Kamieńczyk waterfall, leading further to Szrenica and Łabski Szczyt.

The staircase and corridors of Willa Słoneczna Róża are equipped with a smart lighting system (also emergency) and a fire protection system. On the lowest level of the building there is a small sauna and a ski room.

In the interests of the youngest children, at your request, we provide tourist beds and high chairs for feeding. We also created a playroom for kids, located inside the building.

We have discounts for selected restaurants, as well as winter equipment and ski passes. We work with a travel agency that offers attractive discounts for all-day trips to Prague, Rock City and Dresden.

In addition, we will be happy to assist you in many matters related to the stay in our villa and the organization of free time in Szklarska Poręba. We will try to fulfill all your wishes.
