Accommodation in Lidzbark

Lidzbark is located on one of the most beautiful rivers of the region - the Wel river. Wel is a popular and extremely picturesque canoe trail which makes Lidzbark a great starting point for trips to two landscape parks - Welski and Górznieńsko-Lidzbarski.

The town beach on the Lidzbarskie Lake is very popular in the summer. You can find here the one of a kind in Poland Museum of Firefighting - presenting interesting exhibits related to the development of firefighting techniques and firefighters work over the years. Within the city and in its immediate vicinity there are many marked trails and paths that allow you to enjoy the beauty of the surrounding forests and lakes. Preserved former urban layout with the church of St. Wojciech and many old houses let you feel the atmosphere of a city free of haste, where time flows slower.
