Zelazowa Wola is a village located 3 km from Sochaczew, known as the birthplace of the great Polish composer - Frederic Chopin.

Currently here is a museum of Frederic Chopin's birth (managed by the National Frederic Chopin Institute). The manor house is surrounded by a charming park planted in the years 1932-1939, and designed by Franciszek Krzywda - Polkowski. On the occasion of the Chopin Year, celebrated in 2010, the museum has gained a new cloak. At the cost of PLN 71 million, the manor house and the surrounding park have been renovated. New pavilions provide modern travel services.
