Accomodation and attractions in Grudziądz

Grudziądz is an unusual city in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. Its uniqueness owes to  the picturesque localisation on the right bank of the Vistula River which is the eastern border of the Chełmno Land. Formerly, Grudziądz was an important grain trade center, which effects are still visible today in the form of a set of granaries stretching along the Błonie Nadwiślańskie - this characteristic panorama of the city created additionally by the Water Gate and towers of the parish church and the Jesuit College is one of the most beautiful places that Poland can be proud of

However, monuments are not all that Grudziądz can offer. A great place for recreation is the Great Rudnickie Lake with beautiful beaches, around which there are equipment rentals, rowing havens, sailing centers and, of course, accommodation and restaurants. And all surrounded by wonderful forests.

In addition, there are also 14 hiking trails, 2 water routes and 2 international cycle routes through Grudziądz. So it is impossible to be bored here, especially that in a short distance there are such magnificences as Toruń or Chełmno.
