Residence Spa & Wellness Nad Wodospadem is a modern facility put into use in June 2012. The residence was created for those who want peace and privacy in luxurious conditions. Only here you can feel full comfort, relax in climatic and refined interiors, enjoy the freedom.

The exclusive use of guests is the swimming pool, jacuzzi, beauty rooms, tennis and volleyball courts, an artificial beach above the reservoir with mountain water and a waterfall whose noise rocks our guests to sleep. The facility also has a sports equipment rental (balls, tennis rackets, Nordic walking poles, golf clubs and balls, etc.) and vehicles that include Mercedes, quad, Vespa scooters and the historic Mercedes cabriolet.

Located right next to tourist routes, the facility allows for active recreation: mountain hiking, winter skiing on ski routes, visiting tourist towns - Jelenia Góra, Karpacz, Szklarska Poręba.

The residence has apartments of different standards. From comfortable Silver apartments, through comfortable and with a living area, Silver Plus apartments with access to a terrace or balcony, to luxurious, spacious, two-level Gold apartments, with terraces with a magnificent view of the mountain peaks.
