On 8 October 2016 at the BoniFaCio Hotel in Sochocin, once again, a meeting of wine lovers, delicious music and delicious cuisine in the spirit of Slow Food took place - that is the evening "Darek & Chefs".

According to the new formula of the event, the Chef - Dariusz Ratuszniak, invites his friends, outstanding Chefs from other restaurants and regions of Poland to a joint culinary show and tasting dishes prepared in the spirit of Slow Food. The guest of this year's edition of "Darek & Chefs" was the famous master of Italian cuisine in Poland, Giancarlo Russo.

The introduction to the Chefs skill show was a meeting of Bachus lovers and tasting of excellent wines from Alto Adiggio, Trento and other regions of northern Italy. In contrast, the artistic icing on the cake was the performance of the illustrious Krzysztof Szmytke with the band "Etnostation" performing thrilling songs that are a fusion of different styles and sounds inspired by ethnic music from different corners of the globe
