The Zasada Capital Group has invested in this largest skiing attraction of the Polish Western Sudetes, the aim of which was to create a center distinguished by the highest comfort and the latest technological solutions.

It is no coincidence that the eight-person gondola lift on the Izerskie Stog is the most technologically advanced work of the Austrian company Doppelmayr - a global leader in the production of ski lifts and cableways.

For the first time this railway took off in 2008 and, as confirmed in practice, can carry nearly 2,400 people in an hour. Thanks to the solutions used in it, it meets the highest standards in terms of the passenger transport comfort of overhead cableways.

The SKI & SUN resort Świeradów Zdrój functions throughout the year. In the winter season, skiing is easier and more enjoyable for skiers, and in the summer season it adds variety to both hiking and cycling

In addition, at the SKI & SUN resort Świeradów Zdrój there are 2 restaurants, one of which is located on the upper station with an amazing view of the Jizera Mountains and Karkonosze, ski and snowboard and bike rental in the summer season, ski school and 4F clothing store.

Currently, the upper part of the gondola lift station is being rebuilt and the highest residential apartments in Poland will be built there.

The plans also include the extension of the ski infrastructure of the SKI & SUN resort in Świeradów Zdrój with the extension of the upper part of the ski slope up to 100m wide and the preparation of 2 new ski slopes with a length of about 1 km each in the lower section of the existing ski run in the 2019/2020 season.
