POZIOM 511 Design Hotel & SPA is a modern, 4-star object located at the heart of Kraków-Częstochowa Jurassic Upland in the Eagle’s Nest Landscape Park
Located on top of the highest hill of the Upland, surrounded by greenery and limestone rocks, 300 meters away from the impressive ruins of Ogrodzieniec Castle it attracts not only those, who wish to actively spend their time, but also those who search for peace, harmony and new experiences.

The inclusion of the building’s solid in limestone rock, which made an architectural an design element of it reflected the symbolic meaning of creation and existence of Poziom 511, the passing and lasting, possibility of connecting modern and traditional forms. Here the modern design, praising simple forms and functionality was enclosed in spacious interiors covered by glass façade and fused with nature.

Hotel surroundings: limestone rocks, proximity of architectonic monuments of past centuries and direct contact with nature in its purest, rough form symbolize the passing time to us. We would like to inspire our Guest to slow down their pace of life, to imbibe all sensations of journey and our service with their whole bodies.

 FACILITIES

Our guests can use 42 spacious rooms with modern interiors, including 6 apartments. All rooms are equipped with LCD TV sets with access to satellite channels, air conditioning, mini bar, telephone and free Wi-Fi access. Coffee machines are available in apartments. When booking our guests can choose the size of their bed, type of mattress (hard or soft) and bathroom with bathtub or shower cabin.

Since December 2015 the SPA zone is signed by the original proposal of 511 MEDI SPA, with our qualified staff taking care of our Guests. The offer of 511 MEDI SPA is based on leading brands – Ericson Laboratoire and Selvert Thermal. 511 MEDI SPA means not only relax and professional care, but also effective procedures in aesthetic medicine.

WELLNESS ZONE

During stay at our hotel our guests are free to use the wellness zone – a 20-meter swimming pool, Jacuzzi with water massage and the steam bath and sauna adjacent to natural limestone rock.

Promoting  culture that leaves the traditional, mainstream current, does not fear new challenges and alternatives, supporting the activity of young and ambitious creators, propagation of new sensations, discovery of new horizons in every part of our lives is the aim of cultural activities of Poziom 511.

Poziom 511 has many attractive proposals, which make the stay in the Hotel even more pleasant, completely devoid of boredom. Performers are most frequently local musicians and their art stresses the symbolic of Poziom 511 – that what is best in Poland – culture, diversity turned in a collage of history and colorful personalities. Till present the Hotel hosted musicians such as: Gracjan Kalandyk,  Ania Szarmach &  Franc McComb, Ernest Staniszczek, Michał Sobierajski, Wojciech Ezat, Monika Urlik or Adrianna Styrcz with Robert Jarmużka pianist. Concerts that won public’s heart were also played by: Peter J. Birch, Riffertone, E-Motion Trio, Etnos Ensemble, Peter & Jacob. Jazz and Klezmer music concerts are also largely popular.

Our Guests will also find proposals such as the tasting dinners. In most cases the dinners of several courses are linked with wine tasting, led by sommeliers and vineyard owners, and concerts of young artists who enchant our Guests with their love of music and sensitivity. Culinary art forms a crucial element in activities of our Hotel, that also organizes culinary workshops, festivals and shows, inviting famous chefs such as, among others, Jan Kuroń or Karol Okrasa.

On summer Friday evenings we invite you to visit our summer cinema, located on Hotel grounds, on a meadow next to rock. We also provide the Guests with the so called “hot spot” with guide – you can meet a professional Upland tour guide at the reception desk – who will willingly share detailed information on what is worth seeing in the area, what to turn your attention to, describing local legends and stories, which makes the discovery of Kraków-Częstochowa Upland a real pleasure.

Individuals searching for calm will find it among trees in the chill-out zone. One can rest there on a deck chair with closed eyes, almost hearing as the world silently whispers the story of the place and people who created it. There is a bookstore in the lobby, with offer that will delight the connoisseurs of modern literature, supplemented by handmade coal jewelry by “I coal you” studio and clothes of the niche “Dear John” brand.
