It is an ideal place for people who want to relax in peace and quiet, set out on the trail and breathe the fresh air. The cottage is located on the slope of the Praszywka Mountain - 150 m from the main road, on the edge of the Landscape Park on a large, wooded and fenced plot. The stream flows nearby for cooling.

On the ground floor: living room with fireplace (TV LED nc + Comfort +, radio, DVD), with open kitchen (fridge, electric hob, oven, electric kettle, Tchibo capsule coffee machine, full set of dishes and cutlery, washing machine, dishwasher) , dishwasher tablets), cradle, bathroom with shower and toilet, wardrobe.

Upstairs: 3 cozy bedrooms (one room with 2 double beds, 140 cm wide, 2 rooms with single beds), bathroom with stylish bathtub and toilet, wardrobe in the hall. Bedding is included in the price of the cottage.

Outside: - a world with a fireplace, a table and benches, a portable grill, deck chairs - an observation deck around the house, a place to play volleyball, badminton, a swing.

Equipped with: 2 mountain bikes, badminton set, board games. sleds for children (a hill for sledging next to the house).

Parking:

- in the summer - on a closed property - access by car,

- in winter - access by car with 4 × 4 drive (obligatory chains) or parking on the main road of a friendly host.

The high standard of the cottage will provide you with comfort and convenience.

We are ready to welcome guests from 16.00 (earlier arrival to be arranged).
The stay day lasts until 12.00 (later departure to be agreed).

The cottage is centrally heated by an electric stove or a fireplace with a water jacket.

Wood for the fireplace in the rental price. The cottage has a strict ban on smoking cigarettes.

Pets are welcome after prior arrangement.

- Rycerka Dolna, Rajcza - about 10 km,

- Zwardoń Ski - 4-seater sofa (length 860 m) - approx. 17 km,

- Istebna Gold Groń - 6-seater sofa (length 800 m), Zagroda Istebna Complex - Olza Water Park - approx. 30 km.

Grocery store: approx. 800 m, Delikatesy Centrum - 2.5 km. Catering is nearby.

In the summer we recommend: Geo-Park with a bathing resort in Glinka, gm. They found about 16 km, horse riding in Rycerka Dolna, tennis courts in Rajcza. In the area there are bicycle routes, hiking trails, and Nordic walking routes.
