Our family apartment is located in the apartment complex called "Rezydencja Zielone Tarasy".

The location of this place is unusual - right next to the Seaside Park, only 6-10 minutes walk from the beautiful, wide, sandy beach and seafront promenade.

It is a quiet and peaceful place, and thanks to discreet monitoring - also safe - perfect for a family vacation by the sea. The name of the object comes from the internal, public, green gardens and beautiful view terraces on the roof of the building.

They are generally available to residents. Especially in the summer they are attractive, because we can spend our free time on sun loungers during summer holidays in Kołobrzeg.

Next to the complex there is a beautiful beech alley with bicycle paths, connecting our apartment with a seaside promenade, where there are bicycle paths running through the greenery towards the port and the coastal surroundings of Kołobrzeg with a beautiful bird sanctuary.
